The Financial Services Authority (FSA) is an independent body that regulates the financial services industry. Its primary concern is helping consumers receive efficient service appropriately costed. Under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, since January 2005 all Independent Insurance Brokers must comply with FSA regulations.
